Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was ideal for exploring the town, but there were some issues with the room and service. The dining experience was excellent, and the facilities were satisfactory.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel - the rooms were excellent, spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with some nice extra touches. While being at the top of the building, they were a little on the small side for just one night. The service was top-notch, with the staff showing us to our room and explaining everything, though they seemed a bit disorganized and understaffed, leading to a slow service. The hotel's location was superb, right on the high street with easy parking, full of character, and ideal for my trip to Southwold. The dining experience was delightful, especially the beautifully presented dishes like the homemade black pudding, although the dinner menu was a bit overpriced. The facilities were great, offering all I needed for a comfortable stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean with everything I needed, although the dining experience could have been better in terms of value. The service was fantastic and the location was perfect for exploring all that Southwold has to offer.
